Refund & Returns Policy

30 day Hassle Free Refunds

Our policy is to provide our customers the best experience.  If for any reason you do not like our product, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date your order was received and we will refund with no questions asked.  Please email dan@stoveguard.com and notify us of your return.  

Again, we allow 30 days from the date of order receipt for items to be replaced and/or fully refunded.  We will issue you a return label once your return/refund request is processed.  If you have not used the return label within 10 calendar days, you will need to restart the return/refund process (if you are still within the 30 day time period).

For questions regarding orders that are beyond the 30 day window, we ask you send us a request at dan@stoveguard.com.  

We will no longer offer any refunds for orders past 30 days from date of receipt of order. We will offer a Onetime Replacement for orders over the 30 days, up to 12 calendar months from the date of purchase, if it is defective. 

Defects that will be approved for replacement: 

  • Holes  
  • Burns 

The following are not considered as a defect, but are considered normal wear and tear:

  • Fraying 
  • Watermarks 
  • Folds that are not caused by shipping.
