Refund & Returns Policy

30 day Hassle Free Refunds

Our policy is to provide our customers the best experience.  If for any reason you do not like our product, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date your order was received. Please email us at help@stoveguard.com for further assistance. 

Again, we allow 30 days from the date of order receipt for items to be replaced and/or fully refunded.  We will issue you a return label IF a return has been requested by a StoveGuard Customer Service Representative (a return label will not be provided for any return requests on our StovegapGuard product). If you have not used the return label within 7 calendar days, you will need to restart the return/refund process (if you are still within the 30 day time period).

We will no longer offer any refunds for orders past 30 days from date of receipt of order. 

Defects that will be approved for replacement: 

  • Holes  
  • Burns 
  • Warping

The following are not considered as a defect, but are considered normal wear and tear:

  • Fraying 
  • Watermarks 
  • Folds that are not caused by shipping. 

(Photos are required for defect claims)

Warranty

  • Warranty covers our StoveGuard Stove Top Protectors ONLY
  •  Valid 12 months from the date of receipt.
    • **Photos are Required**
    • Valid for up to 1 free replacement.
