Refund & Returns Policy

30 day Hassle Free Refunds

Our policy is to provide our customers the best experience.  If for any reason you do not like our product, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date your order was received and we will refund with no questions asked.  Please email and notify us of your return.  

Again, we allow 30 days from the date of order receipt for items to be replaced and/or fully refunded.  We will issue you a return label IF a return has been requested by a StoveGuard Customer Service Representative. If you have not used the return label within 10 calendar days, you will need to restart the return/refund process (if you are still within the 30 day time period).

For questions regarding orders that are beyond the 30 day window, we ask you send us a request at  

We will no longer offer any refunds for orders past 30 days from date of receipt of order. We will offer a Onetime Replacement for orders over the 30 days, up to 45 days from the date of receipt of product, if it is defective. 

Defects that will be approved for replacement: 

  • Holes  
  • Burns 

The following are not considered as a defect, but are considered normal wear and tear:

  • Fraying 
  • Watermarks 
  • Warping
  • Folds that are not caused by shipping.
