30-day Return Policy

Our policy is to provide our customers with the best experience.  If for any reason you do not like our product, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Please email us at help@stoveguard.com for further assistance. 

Refund Policy

Again, we allow 30 days from the date of order delivery for items to be replaced and/or fully refunded.

We will no longer offer any refunds for orders past 30 days from date of delivery. 

StovegapGuards: Processing fee of $3.50, is Non-Refundable.

Broiler Pans: Return of this product will be at the cost of the customer. You may take advantage of our low rates and request that we generate the return label, and the cost will be deducted from the balance owed to you.

Defects that will be approved for replacement: 

  • Holes  
  • Burns 
  • Warping

The following are not considered as a defect, but are considered normal wear and tear:

  • Fraying 
  • Watermarks 
  • Folds that are not caused by shipping. 

(Photos are required for defect claims)

International Fees

We as a company do not pay international customs fees. Those fees are the responsibility of each individual customer.

Warranty

  • Warranty covers our StoveGuard Stove Top Protectors ONLY
  •  Valid 12 months from the date of receipt.
  • **Photos are Required**
  • Valid for up to 1 free replacement of the same product purchased.

Our Product is made to fit your exact stove Model" Therefore, any product that has been altered from its original design automatically forfeits the warranty, refund, replacement, and exchange policy.
